Products Refund & Return Policy
Changes – Cancellations – Returns – Product Replacement
In all cases where you wish to return or replace the product you have purchased, you must inform us within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt (Law 2251/1994), at info@nikolaidis.eu, informing us of the reason for the return or replacement, filling in the contact phone number and the order number. Then, a partner from the transport company will contact you to collect the return parcel. Alternatively, you can contact us on +30 2810 326292. The cost of returning the product in any case is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns conditions:
1.The product must not have been used. Be in its original unsealed packaging
The return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase.
The product must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Proof of Retail, in cases of invoice only with a return delivery note with the description of the products according to the purchase invoice.
It must be in the condition in which it was received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and its packaging must be that which normally accompanies the product.
Returns are not accepted on products that we bring to the store on order.
You have the right to return the product you have purchased, exercising the right of withdrawal and – only if the product has not been used – to request a refund of the price you have paid us, within 14 days from the date indicated on the purchase receipt.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (see the Withdrawal Form).
Refund is made for purchase of the product made by cash on delivery, credit card .
The refund process will be completed no later than thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the products and if they are in perfect condition, to the same account where the payment has been made . For any order cancellation prior to shipment and delivery to courier you must contact by phone +30 2810 326292 indicating your Order Number.
The “Company” will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during the return shipment.
In the event that you discover a defect you must contact our online store immediately after delivery within three (3) days at +30 2810 326292.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or used, the “Company” has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to unilaterally make a partial or total set-off of its claim against the customer’s claim.
